LEGITIMATION

The privacy policy applies to categories of interested parties: clients, employees, suppliers, potential clients and users.

The data provided in the selection process will be necessary to be included in the list of candidates in order to assess the profile for potential hiring. CVs will be archived when there are open selection periods and then deleted, except for those of the people hired.

OBTAINING PERSONAL DATA

CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

We will process your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. The data will be encrypted and limited when the purpose for which it was provided has already been fulfilled, within the limits permitted by law. In this case, BCFM will process it to make it available to the Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent Public Administrations, in particular the data protection authorities, to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing, during the limitation period for these. DATA SECURITY

BCFM will process personal data at its own facilities or outside them, in accordance with the provisions of this document and according to the consents obtained from the interested parties.

Companies and all their employees will use the personal data obtained from interested parties in accordance with the agreed purposes, and their use for private purposes is strictly prohibited. Likewise, they will not communicate the data to third parties, unless there is express authorization from its owner, they will comply with the duty of confidentiality, guarantee confidentiality and compliance with the corresponding security measures, the integrity and availability of the data.
