It was founded in 1978 as a result of the professional career of lawyer Cesáreo Fernández Crespo. For more than forty years of practicing law by vocation, training and practice, his activity has been oriented towards advising and providing professional services to companies with a double objective:

• The creation of a legal office that would combine the prudence of the jurist with the dynamism of the businessman.

• The creation and coordination of other services necessary for the company, related to legal services, that can be provided more profitably and efficiently from outside the company.

Many years of perseverance in the performance of the activity, and the incorporation into the project of other professionals knowledgeable in their specialty, has led to the current reality of BCFM, which provides attention and service to the different areas of business advice: from the strictly legal (civil, commercial, criminal-economic, labor, administrative), to those related to the economy of the Company (tax and accounting).

In order to cover and coordinate auditing and consulting services with the same efficiency, the Firm has signed agreements with specialized companies.
