BCFM may take any legal action it deems appropriate against users of its website and Portals for improper use or non-compliance with the conditions established herein. Such disputes will be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction, and will be subject to the legislation applicable in the national territory.
